3. Recipients
We do not share data with third parties, except where required by law. The following providers have access to the data as processors, and only to provide us with their services:
- Cloudflare, Inc.: website hosting.
- Google LLC: email service (Gmail), if you write to us by email.
If you write to us on WhatsApp, that service is provided by WhatsApp Ireland Ltd. under its own terms and privacy policy.
4. International transfers
Cloudflare, Inc. and Google LLC are based in the United States and may process data outside the European Economic Area. These transfers are covered by their participation in the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and by the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.
5. Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability by writing to contacto@nacentestudio.com or by post to Rúa Pintor Manuel Colmeiro, 5, 36003 Pontevedra, Spain, stating which right you are exercising and proving your identity.
You can withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of the processing carried out before the withdrawal.
If you believe we have not handled your data properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
6. Security
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss, unauthorised access or alteration.
